At Creed Homes we give you the opportunity to make as many or as few decisions as you wish to make. Below are just a few of the areas that you'll enjoy customizing while building your Creed Homes house.
Architecture
All our homes are custom built. You will have the opportunity to work directly with an architect to create your home. And don't worry, this doesn't mean higher cost! You can expect to pay about the same or less than other builders in the area.

Flooring
We recommend the professionals at Durbin floors, in Doylestown, Oh, for all your flooring needs. Their experienced staff will help sort through their wide variety of products to find the ones that fit your needs and allowance. Of course, if you feel more comfortable with a different supplier, that too is OK
Kitchen
We feature Merillat cabinets with WilsonArt formica countertops. A cabinet specialist will measure your house and provide a 3D drawing to ensure you are happy with the design.
Appliances
State of the art appliances from Maytag and Jenn-Air provide the perfect complement to any kitchen, from traditional white to a more daring black and of course, stainless steel!
Fireplaces
Our Oak fireplace fronts are all custom made since we know that one size doesn't fit all. If you want stone or brick, we can accomodate that as well
Bath
Choose from several different Bath configurations, from separate showers to whirlpool tubs, with components from American Standard, Sterling, Kohler, and Moen.
Laundry
Who could resist adding optional washers and dryers from none other than Maytag? Adding wall cabinets above the washer and dryer add functionality to your laundry.
Garage and Exterior Doors
Whether 7 ft. or 8 ft. high, insulated, or with decorative window panels, our garage doors offer the choice that's important to you. Select from a variety of Exterior Front Door styles to add your own personal style.
Stairs, Interior Doors and Trim
Will you prefer a stained package or a painted package for your interior doors and trim? You are sure to find several styles in both. Optional stair rails are offered in a finish and profile to match any decor.
Exterior
Personalize the streetscape of your home with roofing and siding from Owens Corning; You also have about 50 brick selections from which to choose.
Lighting
You will have the opportunity to touch and feel the exact lighting fixtures offered for the different areas of your home, along with their many finishes.
